Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. An invoice will follow by email to the purchaser's email address. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil, we will refund payment by the same method as the payment made, or via cheque.
Upon receipt of payment, orders of Physical goods over $35.00 net of GST will be dispatched by USPS Priority International Mail, or other specialist carrier.
Delivery charges are based upon the weight of your order and method of shipment in the case of the book, shipping is one fixed worldwide flat rate.
Our aim (but not guarantee) is to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, although events outside our control may dictate delays.
All online orders received by 12 noon between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched within 24 hours via our chosen method of shipment. We cannot guarantee the post or courier delivery times. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract, and we will refund any money paid by you.
Risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be noted at time of delivery and notified to F-Stop Academy Limited within 3 days of delivery to you. Upon return of the damaged goods to F-Stop Academy Limited, we will at our option repair or replace the damaged goods.
Refunds
Online Programmes
We have a 30 day, full money back guarantee on all of our full price (non discounted) online training programmes. You have 30 days from the date purchased to notify us, in writing, of your wish to cancel your program and request a full refund. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will expire your account and log-in details and any comments you have made within our interactive area will be deleted.
Physical Products (Books)
If you are a consumer, in addition to your other rights, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund on any physical products purchased, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, along with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost, and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, then we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Please note it is not possible to refund unwanted digital download products because of their nature, however we will be happy to offer you an alternative if you are not satisfied.
Workshops
Workshop Refund and Cancellation policy
As our costs for each workshop remain the same no matter how many attendees take part, please note that just like any pre-booked tickets, we are unable to give a refund in the event of non-attendance, regardless of the circumstances.
The exception to this is if we have prior notice and are able to put a cancellation place back on sale AND your place is resold. In this event, we will of course make a full refund or credit to you. Please contact us in writing if you wish to cancel a booking.
We also reserve the right to cancel any workshop or push it back to a later date if there is insufficient demand, especially if it means that our costs would be higher than our income. Please therefore do not leave it until the last minute to book a particular date, as you may find that it is fully booked or has been removed.

In addition we may record images video and audio at workshops that we may use in future promotional and marketing campaigns. Additionally, we reserve the right to use any footage recorded at a workshop by attendees for training, PR, advertising and any other promotional purpose. If you do not wish to be featured in such then please inform us in writing prior to the start of the class. Otherwise your acceptance of a place will constitute agreement for such recordings to be used without any compensation or recourse to F-Stop Academy Australia PTY Ltd, or it's employees.
Please note that by the very nature of our Bespoke Training, Workshops and Music Video Masterclasses, we are not able to offer a full money back guarantee on these events.

Billing
You will be billed the rate you signed up at in $ USD per month - Our month is set at 30 days and so once you sign up you will be billed every 30 days after the day you joined. You can cancel at anytime. However as the Newsletter is usually sent on the 1st week of the month regardless of the day you actually joined we count Months in Calendar terms from 1st - 31st. So if you join on the 15th of a given month you're membership is for the 1st to the 31st.
Cancelling
The 60 day trial is based on you paying for the two months as normal however if you are not getting value please email den@worldsballsiestfilmmaker.com and explain your concern. You will be refunded promptly and in full plus you can keep any newsletters already sent out. Upon cancelling your subscription, your access to the members area will be suspended and you will be removed from the email discussion group. Please note the conditions above regarding our billing and delivery month. You are billed per Calendar month and so If you cancel on July 3rd for example, then you will still be billed for the full month ofJuly as the newsletter will be sent during the first week and your membership will continue until the last calendar day of the cancelling month but you would not be billed for August.
